For ASH, this dataset demonstrates how the synthetic thrombin inhibitor pharmaceutical pathway generates aggregate evidence supporting practice change, structurally distinct from the K040187 device-leech US clinical practice. The multi-outcome signal strongly motivates definitive prospective RCT.
