Dispute resolution

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation is unsuccessful, the dispute shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Changes to these terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the bottom of this page. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
